Parent-Teacher Organizations 

The Fund for Public Education holds bank accounts and funds on behalf of Parent Teacher Organizations in TCSD. We support in disbursing PTO funds in accordance with TCSD’s policies and approval systems.

  • Request Less Than $5,000

    PTOs can request less than $5,000 for a specific project or to replenish your operating account. Specific projects require approval from your principal or supervisor.

    You must be an elected officer or representative to request funds on behalf funds on behalf of a PTO.

  • Request More Than $5,000

    Requests over $5,000 require the approval of the Superintendent and Principal. According to TCSD policy, purchases over $5,000 will be placed by the school and funds will be reimbursed from the PTO’s account.
