TCSD Staff: Grants and Reimbursements

TCSD staff are able to apply for grants and programs on behalf of specific students. These grants include Feeding the Whole, Jean Coldsmith Mental Health Fund, Straighten Up, Love Your Teeth, Jim and Becky Rooks Afterschool Fund and Middle Market.

Please note the Fund for Public Education can only reimburse TCSD accounts and credit cards. According to TCSD policy, the FPE cannot reimburse personal credit cards. If you have already made a purchase on a personal credit card, please contact our office for next steps.
Subtotals, estimates and unpaid invoices cannot be reimbursed. If you are looking for purchasing approval, please contact your school principal.

Given the high demand for essential student resources like school meals, mental health, dental programs, School Enrichment and Leadership Development grants have been closed through the summer of 2026. If you need funding for a specific project, please contact your school principal to determine if it can be incorporated into your site budget.
